SparrowClan Dens: Medicine Cat's Den

"It's been a long time since I've been here, and fewer herbs too..." Flareshadow muttered.

"Well it is getting to be leaf-bare time.", Blacksun chuckled darkly. She emerged from a cave afar. "I've had a prophecy. StarClan says that an outbreak of horrible diseases will spread over the clans. And I need your help. Will you take Wingpaw, Finchpaw, Scorchpaw, and Duskheart to Fallen Leaf Mountain? There, the Blue Bell Tunicate, one of the most powerful and rarest flowers in medicine history, grows there. Only one of it's petals can cure any cat's sickness. But there is a problem. It is dangerous and risky to get to the peak of the mountain, and there is rumored that a band of celtic leopards live there. They are three times your size, so if you meet some, do not try to fight them. Finchpaw can guide them away with her mimicing voice, I'm pretty sure if Duskheart dies, StarClan will probably bring him back, Wingpaw could fly to get help if something happens, Scorchpaw is strong-hearted, and you are just perfect for the leader of this small group. Please, bring back as many flowers as possible and save the future of SparrowClan."

"Are you sure to send out apprentices?" Flareshadow asked. "And I think there are too many cats."

"Those apprentices are very strong and have special traits to help you.", she explained, "And with more of you, you are safer from attacks if you do have to fight."

"If I were going on the mission, I'd bring the medicine cat, and an warrior escort." Flareshadow meowed, "And I'm not going."

"Are you saying you would risk the whole can just because you are going to be with apprentices? I must stay to tend to the already sick. Why aren't you going?"

Flareshadow just looked at Blacksun, before leaving the den.

"I need an answer, Flareshadow.", Blacksun blocked the path of the walking warrior. Her voice was low and challenging. "You give me one good reason that you can't or wont go. One."

"I have a secret, and tell no one," Flareshadow gulped, as he was telling a secret. "There's this cat who is stealing prey from our patrols, and I'm determined to get him."

"Why shall I not tell anyone?", Blacksun questioned.

Flareshadow grunted, and then stalked away.

"Fine, be a cat who has bees for brains.", Blacksun muttered, "Though if you dont give me a reason, I will tell Frostclover and Singedstar."

However, Flareshadow was out of earshot, and stalking away. Flareshadow sought out his apprentice and Tigerpaw too.
"It's your turn to care for the Elders." Flareshadow meowed.
"Those flea bags?" Scorchpaw grouched.
"Come on, I'm sure they can tell us a tale, maybe the one about the Power of Three, and the ancient Clan ThunderClan!" Tigerpaw meowed, happily.
"Sure, with mouse bile on my paws." Scorchpaw meowed, beginning to pace to the Elders' Den.
